Building capacity for the nursing workforce in sexual and reproductive health is part of RhN’s core mission. But where to start?

The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) is a professional membership organization in the U.K. that works “at the heart of sexual and reproductive health (SRH), supporting healthcare professionals to deliver high quality care.” Membership is open to nurses and physicians, and offerings include training and continuing education, pathways for certification, and more.

FSRH has created a model for building national health workforce capacity that other countries can use to inform and inspire their own efforts. Resources on the organization’s website may be useful to nurse educators in the U.S. as they look for teaching and learning tools in SRH care.
